Shipping and delivery

We sell electric dirt bike parts and accessories. Orders may ship directly from fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may arrive separately with different tracking numbers.

Costs and destinations

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your address. A checkout shipping rate does not guarantee every supplier can serve that destination. If an item cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you and refund any payment for the item we cannot supply.

Processing and estimates

Read the delivery estimate on the product page or at checkout before buying. Processing, transport and customs are separate stages, and estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We do not promise a single delivery time for every item. If you need an item by a particular date, use our contact form before ordering.

Tracking and delays

When shipment tracking is provided, we will send it with the shipping confirmation. Initial scans may take time to appear. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you of the revised estimate and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Address and delivery issues

Check your address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking says delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery location and contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier. A delivery scan alone does not automatically resolve a missing-package claim.

Customs and import charges

International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or handling charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, the recipient may need to pay the relevant authority or carrier, subject to applicable law. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
