Include your order number if you have one. For fitment questions, include the exact bike model, year and relevant measurements. For a damaged or incorrect item, describe the issue and keep photos of the item and packaging.

Do not include full card numbers, passwords or bank details. Return addresses are provided with approved return instructions; do not send returns to a supplier's package address without contacting us first.
